With over 15 years of experience in leadership and coaching, I've had the privilege of witnessing countless personal transformations. My journey began with a professional ice hockey career, where I had a chance to learn my personal limits and how to step over them and keep standing up in difficult situations. I experienced countless coaching approaches in good and hard times and achieved my and my team's goals to keep up continuous development. Later, when my business professional career started, I tried to bring forward my continuous improvement mentality and share it with my direct reports and business teams who worked with me at multinational companies. Through the years, I've honed my skills as a dedicated coach, mentor, and expert in supporting colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds in realizing their goals and dreams.

My goal is to make coaching accessible to individuals who may be hesitant to seek help or share their thoughts with others, those who face financial limitations or time constraints that prevent them from participating in traditional coaching sessions.
